This coastal mystery town used to be THE destination of chic Europeans around the time of World War I. Tourism is still huge here, especially during its world-renowned film festival every September and its jazz festival, one of the most prestigious in Europe.

I am going to guess San Sebastian. I have no idea if I'm right, but it was fun trying to research it anyway!

It is definitely San Sebastian. Incidentally, I celebrated my 21st birthday there - the city holds some kind of record for having the most amount of bars per square foot (or something like that).
